Default Internal flights

Can anyone tell me if it's cheaper to book a return internal flight from Perth to Adelaide from the uk or when we get to Perth in August ?

Have given up waiting for the WA regions to be announced for the SIR visa so will visit both WA and SA. Just want to know the cheapest way of doing it !

Have a look at www.virginblue.com.au. I don't think they care where you book from.

We flew with them a few weeks ago (Brisbane to Perth return). We found that it was cheaper to book through Flight Center in Australia than on the Virgin Blue website. Not sure if it is always like that though.

There are some qantas deals where it is cheaper to buy in the UK with your main ticket otherwise

www.virginblue.com.au
www.qantas.com.au
www.rex.com.au

Rex is more of a regional airline and qantas often beats virgin on price.

Adelaide is yet to get www.jetstar.com.au which is the qantas version of Easyjet.

Jetstar dont fly out of Perth yet. So its only Qantas or Virginblue.

Cost about $190 one way.

Siren's better half

Yep will save you the work but sites like that and www.travel.com.au and www.zuji.com.au have silly surcharges that can bring the final price above going direct.

Another tip to buy during public holidays as the airlines seem to have a mini sale then.
