Hi all,

Just wondering who you would recommend getting covered with while I am in Australia. Leave on the 15th of Feb and my mate who is out there is saying that a lot of them don't cover you if you're drunk etc.

Any recommendations are appreciated. The more they cover the better i guess!

If it's travel insurance your'e after get it in the Uk bound to be cheaper than here. Don't know what companys cover you for being pissed though.

Yeah, heard it would be dear getting it when I go over. Not that I plan to break anything etc when I am under the influence, just wondered whether there was a good deal that most people go for to cover a wide range of bases

Do a google for backpacker insurance or gap year insurance. Consider worldnomads.com and Boots used to do a good policy!
