Insulation Grant
 
Doea anyone know if you have to be a citizen to qualify for the $1600 Insulation Grant or is PR enough?, woke up this morn and was very Brrrrrrrrr........... so thought we really need to do something about it

Australian citizen or permanent resident will get it.

Yes you can get it with PR, the only stipulation is that your ceiling space has no insulation fitted previously, ie you cant get it topped up. Go for 250 mm
