Nicky already mentioned a few of them in post #7

But theres alot of others too including Randwick, Kensington, Darlinghurst. All of these suburbs have had huge apartment development recently and not finding it easy to get rid of. As Nicky said, supply far outweighs demand right now and people like me are picking up real bargains!
We are not talking tiny cramped shoe boxes either. Mine is a large 2 storey, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with ensuite, large balcony overlooking park with city skyline views,underground security parking, pool, gym, landscaped gardens, 24hr security cameras throughout the entire complex.
People are picking these out to rent for under $400pw (some well under) which for central Sydney is a real bargain.

and forgot to add they come with fully installed tumble dryer in the laundry room and my real favourite a fisher and pykel pull out dishdraw dishwasher love it. As someone who suffers with back probs its a dream!!
