Inland revenue
Have you or are you going to contact the inland revenue with rgards to emigrating and are you going to complete or have completed a P85 form???????
Has anyone been to see a financial advisor with regard to emigrating and finances?
Any advice appreciated.

Hi Tori,
With regrads to the inland revenue:- You cannot send back your p85 until you have your p45, as this needs to go back with it.
You have to declare wether you will still receive an income from the uk e.g property rentals interest from pension ( if you are leaving these in the uk.
You are also entitled to a tax rebate , e.g Your personal tax allowance ( if you haven't earnt this or a %). The amount you receive back will depend on when you leave the uk.
If you have anymore questions let me know as we have a good friend who for the Inland Revenue.
