Initial Entry (Medicare & Tax Reference number)

Folks,

we are going to melbourne for initial entry. at the same time, we would like to register medicare and apply for tax reference number. I have a few questions below

-)Would I be able to use my friend residential address?
-)Shall we go down to Tax office to apply for tax reference number or we could apply it online once we arrived in Melbourne?
-)What other documents are required document to apply medicare for my spouse and kids (14 months old)?

Thank you very much for your time

If you mean you are going over to validate and then going back home again, it is unwise to apply for medicare or TFN. Wait until you move permanently.
