Informal tenders
Anyone know anything abou making an 'informal tender' for a property.
How do you decide what to tender, are you held to it, do you have a period in which to settle, what info do you provide with it.
Please help

Informal tenders in Uk generally means closed sealed bids giving price and information on mortgage and sale of own property position to be opened at a certain time. These will be perused and a choice made - not necessarily the highest price. However it is not a legal document so changes can be made but the seller may ditch you in favour of one of the others if yu change something afterwards
