Info on VISA Stamp Processing by AHC

Hi all

Need to get the stamp in my passport now....

Have been told to get to the AHC with passport and letter.... any ideas on how long it takes these days (i.e. when can I collect it)

Also, for those of you who have been getting them in London, what is the ideal time to start queing.... another thread suggested 8am....

lastly, can you post it to them... and pick it up.. or
Drop it off and have it posted back....

Whats the quickest method..

Thanks in advance
AJC

Just posted ours off today registered post, with SAE - Postage £1.80. Letter states allow up to 3 weeks, but other replies say 7 to 10 days. (Cheaper than a train ticket)

You can go in person and queue but only takes a few minutes. Open 9am to 11am weekdays. Queue from 7am seems to be the norm.

thanks Mash

Is that to have the stamp put it, or just to hand it in.... and come back a few days later to pick it up?

If you go in person, is it done there and then?

Cheers
