Monthly realistic climate ?
Average 4 bed house price?

2. climate, hmm weather...? winter: hot 28 degrees. Spring. Hot slightly humid 28+ degrees Summer. rainy season ( nights ) very hot, very humid 100% humidity and 30+ Autumn, bit like the other 3 -- mixed up
3. average 4 bed house, erm.. from $350k crap area, to Millions. Median price in a good area, circa 450k
4. paying too much for a house in a crap area. Snakes. Holdens. Real Estate agents , spotting cashed up Poms !
