Iwas in Kallangur in feb it is a small to medium sized town about 45 mins north of Brisbane on the Bruce highway.seemed to be ok although i know nothing of the schools. Seemed to be a lot of houses that are 20 years or older. Wouldnt say it was run down but not new clean looking if u know what i mean.

Hi Liza,

Mango Hill is nice (although quite expensive) but the schools do have a very good reputation.

Thanks for the reply, we had a look at North Lakes about 2 years back when we came out. I'm sure its different now, plus its nice to hear that the schools are good.

Well we're hoping the house will go up a bit, while we're playing the waiting game for the visa.
