Does anyone know of any cheap apartments which can be rented in Sydney for a month. We plan to be in sydney around august/september and have no idea of the place never been there . So any ideas would be great help. Also any package tours available in and around sydney? and what would the cost be like any rough idea will do.

Thanks a lot

I stayed in Manly, northern beaches, a nice ferry ride from Sydney CBD - check out the link below for accomodation ideas:

You could also try http://www.domain.com.au/search/Choo...L&n=&state=NSW

Should give you something to start of with

Default sydney

We're heading out to Sydney too for around end of Sept and plan to go to a caravan park first. There's a good one called Lakeside and also one called Lake Cove i think. I'm also looking at prices for serviced aparts. too for a couple of weeks while we look to rent.
Hope that's of some help!
good luck!

We are a family of five........we found Eastwood Serviced apartments pretty good and cheap too. It just by the railway line into town too. Part of the Waldorf group of serviced apartments I think - try a google search.
