Inexpensive Immigration Consulting Service
We recently tried their on-line service (They respond your questions through E-mails) and found out this is an inexpensive way of getting your questions answered quickly and professionally.
Hope this helps.

I emailed a query to this site, paid my $29 by credit card, guaranteed reply in 2
working days hasn't arrived..
Does anyone know if I've likely been ripped off? Admittedly my query is unusual
(previous thread - Dependent of dependent revisited).
I had sort of hoped that one of you migration agents who often provide helpful advice
might come in with an answer for me... I know I'm not likely to be lucrative as I've
got everything else in place for my visa application, but I'd be prepared to pay a
small fee if that's what's stopping you.
Sorry if this sounds cynical, it's not meant to be, I'm just getting desperate as
every day counts in my particular situation.
Oh well, maybe Monday might bring something..

I checked out this company, and they do seem to be registered with MARA. If they don't do what they advertize, I guess you could complain to them. It's probably worth chasing them though, might be a simple error...
Cheers,
Paul.

This could a one man or woman company trying to look bigger. It uses e-mails to
respond to questions. Nothing wrong with that, but does it also have the option to
phone or fax, or use any other communication media? If not, this suggests an immature
company that is short on resources. It doesn't make the company bad, but I'd be
careful because it could be a case of the company selling advice before an adequate
customer service system is in place. With an established company, you usually get
what you pay for, with new ventures you might not even get that.

Re: Inexpensive Immigration Consulting Service
My name is Mark Webster, and I work for Acacia Immigration (we operate the website http://hwmigration.com).
I have just come across this thread and just wanted to reassure people that we're not a "fly by night" company where you send us an inquiry, and never hear from us again.
The vast majority of our inquiries are replied to within 2 working days. In Elaine's case, there was a technical difficulty which meant that we did not receive her inquiry details from our e-commerce provider. Elaine gave us a call, alerted us to the problem, and had a response to her inquiry within an hour.
In all cases, when an email inquiry is made, the client receives an email receipt which gives a contact email address, phone number and fax number so that they can alert us if they do not receive their response promptly.
Regards,
Mark Webster
