My fav is either ceylonese chicken korma or chicken tikka chasni......mmmmmmmm yuuuummmmmm - going out for Indian on Saturday - a great Indian in Bishopbriggs (Glasgow) called Zeera. I will be having a big garlic naan with that and vegetable pakora too. Mouth watering just thinking aout it - just hope I can find a decent Indian in Brisbane!
