Immediate steps after arrival
 

I've read so much on what to do that I sound ridiculous
to myself by posting this. Yet, would love to hear from you, about your experiences and suggestions.

Here are some pointers:
- 2 of us
- no kids
- no furniture
- arrival at Sydney, December
- very modest in lifestyle
- safety and cleanliness first
- limited budget

What would you do if given the chance again, or at all.
