Make sure you don't try and saw anything that might have nails or staples in it.....if you think it might....leave it be.

Want to hear about my uncles chainsaw accident? I thought i might give you the opportunity to say no. Don't want to put you off your new toy now

Ouch!! Well if you saw that my uncles story is'nt going to turn your tummy.

He was 20 foot up a tree, aunt was down below holding the ladder. He slipped on a rung as he was cutting and cut his left hand (hes a southpaw) between his little and forth finger, down his palm to just shy of his wrist. Dropped the saw (as you would) which nearly squashed my aunt, and fell out of the tree. Aunt had to strip off her t-shirt and tie the flailing finger (now hinged at the wrist!) back on. Got him to hospital and after 7 years and heaps of surgury he can play the guitar again. He has a great scar though

Actually, i didn't realise it was as bas as it was, if that makes sense? The fingers were just covered in blood so i couldn't see much. Mum wrapped what was left of them in ice and rushed him to the John Radcliffe where a team of finger specialists were

They had a great time fixing him up, apparently things like that don't come along every day

He regained full use of his hand, so alls well that ends well. Perhaps it would explain why i can't look at blood though
