Definitely worth looking at looking at for investing more long term than short term. My dollars are being invested in Vic soil when I (eventually) get my arse out there. |

Yep, cheaper than Perth and perhaps more 'upside potential'. Are you familiar with Central Equity? They do a lot of inner city/Docklands apartments, townhouses etc. Perhaps you are looking though at a suburban house?
