Red face If less IELTS band?.

Hi

If principle applicant(for SKILLED MIGRATION CLASS BN 136) will get over all IELTS band 6.5 and in one component 5, then what will be the Immigration decision?. Will they ask to take IELTS once again or what else?.

Thank you

Hi mrajesh,

Based on our experience, the overall band score is not considered by DIMIA. To gain 20 points against the english language, hubby had to get a band score of 6 in all modules.

I am sure one of the migration agents on this forum will give you a better idea on the above.

Cheers!
Sarah

If you studied in an English speaking country e.g UK, Ireland, English-speaking Canada or USA, you may not need IELTS. If not, you're "outta" luck!! Any how, if you feel your IELTS results are not strong enough to get you where you want to, you may want to rewrite the exam and make a better score
