Ideas for KI trip please
Hi folks, MIL is coming to stop with us for a few months in Nov. Thought it would be nice to take her to KI for a few nights.
If you have been there, could you suggest somewhere nice to stay.

It is in Penneshaw where the ferries come in and you can walk to the Penguin centre, really lovely well provisioned little house with friendly owners. Amazing, completely unobstructed sea views. Also very well sheltered from the wind!
Only problem is that it is a bit of a drive to the other end of the island but personally we really liked it as a base.
At the right time of year the penguins nest in the cliffs in front of the house and they had a penguins nest in the garden there a few weeks before we arrived.
Places to visit, Koala Walk, Remarkable Rocks, Little Sahara, Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Oil Distillery, Admirals Arch.
