In all seriousness.....would love ot learn to drive a boat and get all the licenses....
Maybe fishing charters or pleasure trips around the islands off of the Sunny Coast...

Hmmm, I like the idea of becoming a winemaker, with a nice vineyard of old growth Cab Sauv. Quite satisfying job I'd say, with obvious perks! However, I'll have to settle for amateur winetaster I think
