AN IDEA OF MONTHLY OUTGOINGS PLEASE ANYONE FOR BRISBANE/GOLDCOAST WAY

Just wondered if anyone can give me a rough idea of monthly outgoings for Brisbane/Gold Coast area.
All bills and shopping weekly etc etc.
I have 3 daughters, 11,9 and 9months and myself and hubby.
