I Want A Trendy Picture On My Profile But......
as stated in want a trendy picture on my profile but i can`t reduce it small enough to get accepted can anyone point me in the right direction

yeah, xnview.org think that's the site, free opensource pic viewer and editor...that'll do it for ya.
