I would have gone for the first house - in the 3 acres - that is exactly what we are looking for!!!!

The 1st house was gorgeous. Wouldn't fancy mowing that lawn though 
Thought the house they went for was lovely too. Have taped it for my hubby but don't think he would move that far north. Think he's more worried about the heat and creepy crawlies than I am.
