I need you ALL to cross EVERYTHING at 1530 tomorrow!
WE HAVE A VIEWING! ABOUT F****** TIME!
This is our second viewing since we put the house on the market on 14/7 so I need some positive vibes. If we dont sell the house asap we are buggered as our mortgage rates changes soon and goes up loads! There is no point getting a new mortgage just for a few months.
Lets hope these people fall in love with it. We have no chain, south facing garden, we are the cheapest of our style on the development (of which there are 4 on the market at the moment :scared: ) and we are throwing in all the new Hotpoint white goods as a sweetner. FINGERS CROSSED.
