I need to trace someone

If anyone knows a Graham Cooper originally from the Romford Area of London, and a plasterer by trade, would they please contact me or ask Graham to contact me. I understand he may be living in Perth.

all depends on whether he is owed money or he owes money really and any middle names and age might help

I am not sure that I should post too much personal information. His middle name begins with "j" and DOB is xx.xx.196x.

There is no financial cost to him.
