I Can't Believe it has happened but.....!!!!!
We did it... we have eventually had an offer on our house!! agreed a price and they havent got anything to sell!!!!! they are looking for a quick completion... trying not to get too giddy as i know from experience things can go wrong...but still cant help feeling giddy!!!

well it was a budgie not a dog <grin> and two of them!
but... the people who are buying the house love them and so they have been sold with the house!
so they can carry on in their same routine, this takes so much pressure off us as they are our babies
