Hubbys had enough........
Hi hubbys had enough of it here now, and wants to go to Oz in the new year. We have family to go to, but is it possible to apply for visa once in Oz.

No, you will need a visa before you come over. What visa would you be after anyway?

You can apply for a 139-visa while you are in Australia, but such an application doesn't give you the entitlement to remain in Australia while the visa application is being processed ... I think that's what you are asking ...
