Fit like yersel !!
We came to Geelong in October last year and after an initial period of 'oh my god, what have we done!' we have really enjoyed ourselves. Mixed fortunes on the job front, husband still looking unfortunately, doesn't seem to be getting a break.
The summer was fantastic, just about getting used to the winter. Everyone laughs when we say we find it cold coming from Aberdeen but at least we had central heating and double-glazing to keep us warm !
Ronnie was searching in Dan Murphy's the other day for Tennants but didn't find it. Would LOVE to have some butteries........mmm yum, mouth watering just thinking about them. And a red pudding supper from Mike's Chipper in Torry !
How are you getting on?

Hi Judy
We arrived in Brisneyland last July, 10 days to go and the year up, we have had a bit more luck on the job front, we're both onto our second jobs now.
The summer was hot and humid, the winter so far has been perfect, 20 to 25 during the day and down to a very cold 8 at night sometimes, as you said but with no central heating or double glazing here!!!
I have had a Tennents in Melbourne, we got it in a pub not far off Flinders street, cant remember where but i will give my mate a shout who took us there.
No butteries to be found here either, and the Dolphin chipper is a big miss too!!!
Glad your enjoying it, keep in touch.

Black puddin and tattie scones override the butteries. We're here and getting there. Been a bit of a rollercoaster.
