How Much To Have A House Built ?
 

were coming over to brisbane next jan to live. been there on hols and absolutely loved it. initially we were looking to buy a small house for us and buy another 2 to rent out.
been wondering lately about the possibility of buying a house with land and getting 2 small houses built on it as well ?
any got any idea roughly how much a couple of semi,s would cost to build ?
we looked at houses on a new estste last year and there only metal framed things !!
surely it cant cost that much ????

Look up Coral Homes website, they are one of the cheaper builders here.
