Default how much haircut?

as soon as this commodities boom reverts back to normal and unemployment doubles, how much of a haircut do you think housing prices will get? on average. I understand mining regions might get hit harder (maybe 50%) but on average australia how much?
the more votes, the more accurate will be. go ahead

A professor from QLD university said 40% at least.. prices has risen greater than America's in a shorter period of time, so makes sense if prices drop more, upto 60%

that's not necessarily true, it depends on many variables.
what is the annual local tax in Aus?
what is the insurance cost to get a mortgage?
are there other costs related to home ownership? these will all effect how willing the sellers are to take the haircut.

Who knows what's going to happen.
Too many variables.
Why bother even trying to guess.
It is what it is or will be.

Yawn.

I pay 20bucks a month to my local hairdresser. It will probably go up a couple of dollars with inflation.

I like the home environment, near home, no queues. Nice chat.

I pay $14 to get my son a number 2 all over. Couldn't get to grips with the trimmers myself.

I would say Australia is lagging about 18 months until it fully impacts
should wipe about 30%

I'm sure if anyone could answer that they wouldn't be posting here, they would be busy rolling in cash.

But factoring in the flight to QLD would bump up the price.
