Hi have you looked on the real estate websites, not sure which area in Perth you are wanting to live in but you'll get an idea of the prices

http://www.realestate.com.au/

£100,000 is about $233,000 so you may be struggling to buy outright.

We also have won the lottery
You wouldn't believe how much life as changed!

After seeking months of financial advice from various sources have decided against property investment, buying that Ferrari that i've always wanted, speedboat or even the holiday home in Krabi .

However with the Ten pound win - im thinking of really splashing out and getting a couple of glasses of Tooheys.

Seriously though we are taking the money made off our house about £50000 and home that we can survive till we get jobs and the property markey in brisbane cools down. Hoping to rent a 2 bedroom home for no more than £400 a month. Don't know how realistic that is though!

Stay at home.
