how to make a few dollars in oz..

i was wondering if any members were stil buying second third and forth properties....

i suppose its a bad time to buy...

anyone got any tips....

It's never a bad time to buy IMO but if you buy now you have to make sure you can afford to ride the storm and/or you have to do an excellent deal. I have recently bought my third and am about to buy my fourth. Just remember you make your money when you buy.
