how long for work to res visa nz?

Has anyone applied for a work to residence visa?
How long are they taking to be returned?
Is the 30 month visa included in length of time for citizenship?

I cannot answer your first two questions. However, as I know, for citizenship, it count every day since you arrived in NZ. One of my friend had his PR approved one years ago. He got his citizenship one month ago because he has been a student here for three years.
