We are at the stage where we are about to pay our bond in the next few weeks as long as medicals went ok. Anyone any ideas on how long till visas will come through after you pay the bond, i have heard various rumours of a week or two to a few months. we are hoping the first. So once we sell our house we are hoping to go.

Hi i don't know which Bond you have paid, however we paid our $5000 AOS on the 9th April and the Visa was granted on the 27th April.

P.S you don't know anybody who wants a 4 bed detached house 10 mins from Chelmsford & 20 mins from the M25 for £225,000

And if it's the $100k bond, visa grant typically follows a month or so after it has been lodged.

Hello, We paid our bond on 9th june which was requested 25th April and they give us a deadline of the 16th June to pay. This gives you an Idea of how long you have to pay.
So, like I say, paid on 9th June and received our Visa's on July 18th so just 5 weeks after sending money we got visa
