how long now please help !
Hi all, Myself and Jude are hoping to move to Australia later on this year,Jude has passed her skilled assessment as a nurse, and had our acknowledgement on 20th of march, where we were told the process would take approx 6 months,we are now 8 weeks and 1 day (promise not counting the days)from the approx date.Having seen previous forums with time scale of medicals, police checks etc.is it likely they will meet this approx date they have stated.we will be going on a skilled independent 138 visa.

HiHi!
You can check out how other March applicants are doing on the March thread here:
http://britishexpats.com/forum/showt...&page=32&pp=15
For priority applications, DIMA is processing up to March already. Unfortunately, 138 is not a priority visa and the processing is only up to December. Sorry, it will be some time more.
Meanwhile, there are a few things you can do to kill time while waiting:
a) You can also see how most of the other applicants (other than BEs) are doing time wise here:
http://austimeline.com/
b) Send an blank email to [email protected] every Tuesday and see the latest ASPC time line
c) Join the Waiting Club (aka BE Forum) and try very hard not to go insane with all the waiting
Good Luck!
