What visa are you applying for? If at all? Some if not the majority of visa applications are now processed in Adelaide.
You can take a look at https://www.austimeline.com and look at applications from Israel for the different areas.

But when you check out your previous posts you are mainly concerned with migration to Canada? Are you now changing direction? Let us know why you are asking the question - cheers

Thanks Sandra for your reply;
I am just wondering about the timeline of the process of immigrating to Australis.
Once I lodge my application of immigration to Australia to the Australian Embassy in Tel Aviv, How long the process might take before a decision is made
Thank You

Re: How Long does the process take?

As Sandra said, depends what sort of visa. Some are processed at Adelaide. What time are Tel Aviv quoting for processing your sort of visa?

Adelaide are quoting 50+ weeks for Skilled Independant.

Mash..

If you're applying for a skilled visa, you should note that the only place to lodge your application is at Adelaide; this has been so since November 2001.

Adelaide is taking about a year for skilled independent visas. It depends on how complete your documents are, how well prepared your application is, how straightforward your case is, and if your points claims are easily substantiated and credible.

The 1 year period excludes any additional time and effort needed to get a skills assessment and the need to get a good IELTS score. It also excludes the time needed to get your documents in order.

My skills assessment took me about 6 weeks all in all.
And I've been waiting for Adelaide since July 24, 2002.

Generally, it doesn't matter which nationality you hold, but you'll have to follow their instructions properly, and ensure that you provide the appropriate documents, i.e. give them an IELTS score if you are not a native English speaker etc.
