Not sure where to go yet.... my husband wants Adelaide as he has family there, but I'm keeping an open mind! Suggestions welcome! We've booked our flights for Good Friday (25th March) for a 2 week recce..... going to Sydney and Adelaide this trip...

Re: how long between meds req & visa

Our meds were received on 23rd Dec. We e-mailed case officer the other day,and received a one liner response saying they had all the necessary info, that a visa will be granted in one to two months.
I know it's fantastic news that a visa would be granted, but we hoped it'd be within the next 3-4 weeks, and made plans for that. (yes I know you shouldn't make any major plans till it's issued but there you go!)
The saving grace, is that someone else had a thread on here re. e-mailiing her co and they said 4-8 weeks, so we're hoping it's just a standard response they issue.
