how long after sending off application

Just wondering what peoples experiences are of sending off their applications (we are applying under the skilled independant visa doodaa) and how long they had to wait before they had the request for their police checks, medical etc. Do you get they request for the police and medical checks together or what?

any info would be great

Have a look at www.austimeline.com . If you are not a nurse I hope you are patient although for some random reason some get done quickly.
