How Do I Track Medicals Sent??

How Do I Track Medicals Sent??
Does anyone know how you track medicals that have been sent to Sydney? The Doctor we had the meds done by phoned today to say our blood tests have come back fine and has said that he has posted them today with Royal Mail and has given me a reference no. I can remember people on here tracking their meds. How is it done?
Any ideas?

go to post office website and go to the track and trace part put in reference number and hey presto!!!
Or it would be except with royal mail it is only tracked until it leaves UK so a pile of poo really!! The reason I say this is ours were sent exactly the same way on the 10th November and I still dont know if they have arrived Ive ended up sending email to Sydney to make sure they have arrived!!
Im assured by many people they will be fine!!
