Question How do I put a piccy onto a thread

Please can you help...I have no idea how to put a picture onto a thread.

Hi Sharon,

As far as I know when you have the reply or post page up scroll down to attach file, browse for you picture and click ok.

You'd need to use a paint program to do that. I use Paint Shop Pro, but there's a myriad of others.

/nerd mode on

The scripting language this forum was written in comes compiled with a graphics library called gd. Has done since about php 4.12 IIRC.

Some of the functions in gd allow thumbnailing and resampling etc, of images.

There's a few gallery add-ons for this forum that do what I'm raving on about but none are installed here.

oops........first it was too large, edited it and now its too small.

Will try again when I can figure out how it can be done right.
