Default How Do I Get My Pension Sent?

I have filled in all the forms for my pension.. I am now 60 on the 20th of June I have had nothing .. no letter.. I do not even know how much it will be. I have tried to find out about my pension but all I get is emails saying they will get in touch.. they never do..
I left my phone number.. still no reply. I phoned.. they says they were waiting for me to tell them about my divorce.. I had already told them it is not through yet.. How can I get any answers to this? I cannot keep on phoning them as it is too expensive. Any suggestions will be most welcome.

Default Re: How Do I Get My Pension Sent?

English pension or Australian pension.

If its the English pension then just phone them up about it in Longbenton. We receive ours into our bank account here, if eligible for Centrelink pension they are advised by the Uk of the pension paid so they can adjust centrelink pension. My Mum gets a small pension from the UK too.

If its the Australian pension its 65 for men and before 65 for women depending what year they were born.

If it's a UK state pension they will pay it directly into an Oz account. If a company pension, contact OzForex and arrange a monthly transfer - easy!
