how did you manage, while you waited for the ship?

Default how did you manage, while you waited for the ship?

We leave for Townsville in 3 weeks.:scared:
we are shipping most of our stuff.
How did people manage while they waited for the container to arrive?
things like beds, duvetsetc. i don't want to have to buy more over there, but what do i do while i wait for stuff to arrive?
got to rush, packing to do, shippers arrive in 2 days:scared: :scared: :scared: :scared:

Hiya bazfer,
given this one a little bit of thought.

You could buy some cheep stuff to tide you over cups, spoons & knives etc.

With regard to bedding stuff, you could alway's buy some sleaping bags & camping matresses - air type.
You never know when you might use them.

I would use plastic knives, spoons and plates and maybe some air matresses and sleeping bags - then you will have to use them to go camping in beautiful Queensland.

If you go to a second hand shop u might get some cheapo pots to tide you over, or a kindly neighbour...
