Default Housing info in Adelaide

Hi All,

As a new immigrant, I am hoping to buy a unit when I arrive, hopefully within close proximity to the Flinders Medical Center.

Could anyone give me an idea of what the good suburbs are and what price I should expect to pay for a two bed unit?

Many thanks,
Mike

Good place to start is www.realestate.com.au and do a search for prices.
In terms of 'good' suburbs there are few from Adelaide who can comment better but i thinnk there a certainly a few to avoid.

I'm heading to adelaide and want to go to the north or hills areas, semi rural. A few prefer the south. Seaward side is more expensive, CBD is very expensive (comparatively )

good luck
Mash..
