Hi,

I was looking through this site
http://www.firsthome.gov.au/, and teh
details on the Victoria section, asks if at least one of the applicants is a citizen
or has PR. So I should imagine if your partner is a citizen or has PR then you
should be able to get the Homeowner grant if the home is in both your names.

Have a good flight and say hi to Melbourne for me. Hopefully be there in November,
just got the small matter of trying to sell my house.
