Housing
Just wondering how the house prices are going in Australia? Has the 'credit crunch' had an impact. I see the interest rates were dropped dramatically recently and grants given to subsidise first time buyers.
Are banks still lending or is everyone using cash t purchase. The exchange rate is great for going over. I'm awaiting my visa, should be there for Jan!!!
If anyone has details of housing in Adelaide, that's where we are heading.
Thanks, hope you're all enjoying the weather, for those feeling homesick, it lashing, cold, grey, cloudy and the hour goes back (or forward?) this weekend so you can add dark too.

Re: Housing
Where I live they are still selling in fact one of my neighbours sold in a week but then we are on semi rural acreage and there is no more of it and its tightly held so when they come up they do sell.
