Well had the second lot of viewers earlier tonight and although I wasnt there cos I had taken kids out of the way for their tea to Mc Ds, hubby says they loved it and want to bring her mother to view monday, which just made me more stressed out cos If I have to keep this house to this level of cleanliness for much longer I will have a nervous breakdown

We had the same fun and games last weekend - we had a viewer that came on Sat morning and then asked to bring her elderly parents round on Sat afternoon - I thought what a waste of time - told the kids they weren't allowed to move all day and couldn't eat as it would make a mess/smell etc but on Tuesday she put in an offer on our house and we accepted so fingers crossed we'll be in Perth for Xmas!!

Hope you sell your house soon.

Good news, even though it is stressful. Let's hope that she puts an offer in then you can really slob out again!

Hope our buyer doesn't want to come round again as it will take us ages to get it back up to spec again
