Default house for under $300 000

i love www.realestate.com.au

i always check now and then at places we have visited and would love to live in the future.

there are a lot of great places on the nsw coast, unfortunately work is the main issue when living in some of these areas. luckily im in the process of changing my profession and 3 years down the line we should be able to make the move.

so, i want something on the beach or with a few acres no more than 30 mins to a beach. i want a decent size town within 30-45 mins(for work), an airport within 2 hours and major city 4-5 hours drive away, 3 bedrooms at least and plenty of garage/storage space......oh and i dont want to spend more than $300 000

at todays prices this is what ive found

If you can stretch a bit more $344,000...

46 acres on the banks of the big wide Orara river that feeds into the Clarence river just 15 minutes drive from Grafton.
Huge brand new 320 m2, 2 level barn set up with kitchen laundry and bathroom, ideal setting for an artist, author.

Options are available, for those who do not want the city life.
