house for under $300 000
i love www.realestate.com.au
i always check now and then at places we have visited and would love to live in the future.
there are a lot of great places on the nsw coast, unfortunately work is the main issue when living in some of these areas. luckily im in the process of changing my profession and 3 years down the line we should be able to make the move.
so, i want something on the beach or with a few acres no more than 30 mins to a beach. i want a decent size town within 30-45 mins(for work), an airport within 2 hours and major city 4-5 hours drive away, 3 bedrooms at least and plenty of garage/storage space......oh and i dont want to spend more than $300 000
at todays prices this is what ive found

just thought id post this to give those just about to make the move down under an idea of what you can get for your money away from sydney or brisbane. non of these are out in the sticks kind of places, all near towns such as macquarie, taree, coffs and grafton. there not the cheapest places either just one i personaly liked the look of

Some unbelievable houses for that price, jesus in Perth $300k you wouldnt get a shoebox!
We've just paid $252k for 660m2 of land and we still have to put a house on it yet
