House is sold!!!!!!
Just feel the need to tell everyone our house has sold today. Has been on since easter we've had 19 viewings and this was our third 2nd viewing. They are really keen and have sold to a first time buyer with mortgage arranged!!!
our house has been cleaned within an inch of its life and the children have been scared to sit down. My six yr old went around the house jumping on all the beds just because we could be messy again! - I nearly joined him too!!
Hubby is in oz now having just passed his interview, so excited hope it all works out!!
