There are so many threads of no viewers, lost sales failure to exchange etc
can anyone cheer us up with tales of house sales that went well

We have fingers crossed and all that, sold our house on Saturday, to the most perfect bloke who has no chain and wants us out in 4 weeks as his money is sorted.
There you go cant get better than that really can it!!

Not good news, but noticed you on other thread. I have posted my story on there. Basically, I do not need to sell my home yet as I am at TRA stage, but we do have an Investment property in Burnage which we are desperately trying to sell after 8 months! Don't want to be lumbered with 2 houses to sell should we get accepted.

Which agent are you using. My Aunty is trying to sell in Stockport, on Market since Sept. 2004 with no viewings. She has just switched to Main and Main and they have at least got her viewings!

I have dual agency with my house in Burnage. Another thought if you are not already doing this.
