Hi, Well someone has been sniffing around our house and back garden and are angling to buy it.....if the price is right........This all seems great...but check our timeline, we haven't even got our medical requests yet, let alone been granted a visa.. Best of all we don't know how they know about our planned move....
So we hope this is a good sign when we put the posters up in the windows....
soon I hope....
So there are buyers out there...just have faith......

We are in the same position, house went up last friday got the 5th viewer coming today,

we also havent had med request yet and are also STNI

estate agent said one of the viewers has to sort his finances out and will be putting an offer in in next couple of days??

and the viewer from last night told us there and then he was going to buy it, still keeping fingers crossed as what they say and what they do is a different story.

estate agent also told me there is a bloke who is keeping an eye on the place and he has asked them to let him know if any offers are made, he hasnt been to view the property but we think we know who he is.

it all seems a bit under hand to me and they have told him he must view first if he wants to make an offer.
