House for rent
We are breaking our lease on our home due to us moving closer to where Hubby lives.
Its in Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast, 4 Bed, good garden, stones throw away from good school.

Hi Libby,
If you send me a P.M with the price and a bit more info such as timescales etc I will keep it on record as I am sourcing rentals constantly for clients and you just never know.
I know with a lease break your agent will probably be charging you for the re-advertising so you need to get it filled pretty quickly for your sake. The only problem is that there are quite a few rentals with the same spec as yours in Coomera and Regatta Waters/Oxenford and they are not shifting quickly at the moment, mainly due to the greedy landlords who are trying to get top dollar in a slow market.
